It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Gatlin of Union Grove, Alabama, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rachel Gatlin to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her parents, Gordon Estelle Gullion and Rosie Lambert Gullion; her daughters, Maurie Martin and Kelly Stanfield; her sister Ruby "Pete" Thomas; her husband Maurice E. Gatlin; her children, Regina Christine Gatlin and Shannon Gatlin; and her brother-in-law Bill Thomas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Enhabit Hospice Care, 9044 Hwy 231 N. Albertville, Alabama 35950.
