She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel J. Fussell and Pearl Putman Fussell. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Hyatt (Tony) of Cleveland, Myra Weaver, Belinda Bowman of Arab, Jimmy Weaver of Carrolton, Georgia, Susie Copeland of Joppa and Sharon Kirby (Ken) of Hartselle, Alabama; her grandchildren, Jeff Scott, Sam Hyatt, Adam Hyatt, Robert Law, John Murphy, P. J. Murphy, Larry Weaver, Tyler Kirby, Taylor Newton, Trevor Weaver and Jeff Weaver; her husband Jim Weaver; her son David Weaver; her grandchildren, Barbie Law and Aaron Murphy; her great grandchild Drake Hyatt; and her children-in-law, Sandy Weaver and Steve Copeland. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
