She was predeceased by: her son Robert James "Bobby" Pippin; her grandson Michael Dewayne Pippin, Jr.; her parents, James Smith and Ruby Smith; and her siblings, Jimmy Smith and Allie Ruth Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Betzhold of Union Grove; her children, Lera Evans (Kim) of Prattville, Michael Dewayne Pippin (Paula) of Prattville and Curtis Marvin Pippin (Mandy) of Margaret; and her sister Vievon Waters of Maplesville. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 14 Great Grandchildren.
