He was predeceased by: his wife Geneva Ann Fortenberry Eubanks; his parents, Thomas Calvin Eubanks and Addie Mae Collins Eubanks; his children, Keith Eubanks and Theresa Brasher; and his brother Thomas Ray Eubanks.
He is survived by: his children-in-law, Dennis Brasher and Penny Eubanks; his sister Audrey Jo Reeves; his grandchildren, Brittany Eubanks Lemons, Jennifier, Matthew Blair, Collin, Katie Brasher and Alyssa Dante Brasher; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Lemons, Samantha Blair, Ethan Blair and Brooks Brasher.
The family will be accepting flowers or donations can be made to the New Friendship Cemetery Fund.
