She was predeceased by: her son Aaron Feringa. She is survived by: her husband Noel Spangenburg; her children, Yelta Feringa III (Sherry), Wendy Smith (Roger) and Melissa Wray (Christopher); her grandchildren, Jessica, Yelta IV, Aaron, Shelby Feringa, Olivia, Elijah, David Smith, Kellie Dozier, Kacey Hawkins and Michael Gentry; and her sisters, Juanita Dufour and Martha Conklin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
