He is survived by: his wife Treva Joan Leeth Smith; his daughter Hulonda Glass (Bob); his sisters, Gaynelle White and Bonnie Sanders; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Smith, Brandon Smith and Jessie Self. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
