She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Chafin and Modist Pike-Chafin; her siblings, Kay Pittman and James "Jim" Chafin; her granddaughter Hannah Moon; and her stepson David Lee Smallwood, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Junior; her children, Cindy Moore (Bill), Kellie Gibson (Rodney) and Randy Smallwood (Cindy); her stepdaughter Susan Smallwood; her sisters, Judy Johnson (Neal) and Ella Ivey (Mike); her grandchildren, Parker Moore, Devin Wray, Kayla Hudson (Brad), Cad Smallwood (Meagan), David Lee Smallwood, Jr. and Angie Hon (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Roland, Hunter, Brodie and Levi Smallwood. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
