He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Rowe,; his stepfather Claude Rowe, Jr.; his father Jordan Willis; his brothers, Mickey Willis and Phillip Willis; and his sister-in-law Charlene Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Stewart (Billy), Timothy Scott Willis (Angel) and Destin Willis (Deedra); his grandchildren, Belle Cooper, Dawson Willis, Patricia Willis, Easton Willis and Weston Willis; and his siblings, Jerry Willis (Linda) and Brenda McClellan (Ronnie).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Reeltown Marching Rebel Pride Band.
