He is survived by: his wife Elaine Spratlin; his sons, Richard Thomas Spratlin, III (Allison) and Kenneth Eldred Spratlin (Kim); his grandchildren, Jessi Head (CJ), Kenneth Austin Spratlin (Taylor), Kimberly Lauren Booker (Colby) and Maggi Spratlin; his great grandchildren, Kayley Head, Trey Head and Kevin Wyatt Spratlin; his sisters, Carol Strickland, Linda McNair (Don) and Teresa Driggers; and his golf cart buddy Dooley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
