She was predeceased by: her husband Preston McBrayer; her parents, Bradford Gilliland and Winnie Gilliland; her granddaughter Samantha Woods; and her great grandchild Cody Alex McBrayer.
She is survived by: her children, Bennie McBrayer (Donna), Lloyd McBrayer (Alina), Charles McBrayer (Bonnie) and Sharon Copeland (Jerome); and her grandchildren, Robert McBrayer, Corey McBrayer, Winnie Davenport, Mandy McBrayer, Mac Seamons, Chassity Staggs, Joseph McBrayer, Daniel McBrayer, Cory Copeland, Phil Hodsdon and Sharlett Owens. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home - Tuscumbia (825 N Main St, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
