He was predeceased by: his son Robert K. Marshall; his parents, Barney Marshall and Deltrice Marshall; and his brother Kenneth Marshall. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth A. Marshall and Deborah Elizabeth Montoya; his siblings, O'neal Crittenden, Dianne Marshall Studstill, Ronda Herring and Jane Earl Pitts; and his grandchildren, Anastasia Botley, Audrina Montoya and Steven Montoya. He is also survived by seven other grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
