She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wilson and Emma Wilson; her son Jerry Cummings; and her siblings, Lloyd Wilson, Jewel Henderson, Lou Parker, Freda Wilson, Lucian Wilson, Odester Wilson and Dimple Barrett.
She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Witt (Dwight) of Tuscumbia, AL; the father of her children Jack Cummings; and her grandchildren, Archie "AJ" Hubbard, Sean Hubbard, Kayla Rogers, Josh Cummings and Jessica Cummings. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Opal's honor to the El Reposo Nursing Home.
