He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Baskins and Juanita Holt Pounders; and his brother Travis Holt. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ivey Baskins; his children, Donnie Baskins (Lexie Pennington), Sissy Baskins (Josh McClain), Marty Baskin and Gregory Baskins; his siblings, Patrisha Baskins (Doug Woods), Trent Baskins, Billy Baskins (Shellia), Rocky Baskins, Scottie Baskins, Judy Pounders and Jody Hanback; and his grandchildren, Devin Riggs, Destiny Riggs, Dustin Riggs, Jordan Baskins, Brody Baskins, Mackenzie Baskins, Makayla Baskins and Arianana Baskins.
