He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Frederick and Martha Frederick; and his brothers, Larry and Kevin Frederick. He is survived by: his daughters, Chasity Frederick and Terri Jo Landers (Zackary); his siblings, Carl, John Frederick and Norma Ray (Keith); and his grandchildren, Alexis Innis, Elleanor Landers and Estella Landers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
