He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bragg Horn and Florence Virginia Gable; and his wife Evelyn Horn. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Horn (Randi), Keshia Keener (James) and Jovena Fuller (Justin); his siblings, Mary Helen, Lilly and Paul; and his grandchildren, Raiana Keener, RJ Keener, Donovan Keener, Daniel Horn, Auburn Green, Desmond Horn, Trinity Horn, Gage Bowen, Eli Agee, Cyara Nicholas, Madacyn Nichols and Xachery Nichols. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
