He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Oliver. He is survived by: his children, James Franklin "Jimmy" Oliver, Jr. (Brandi), Steve Oliver (Allison) and Cindy Malone (Johnnie); his sisters, Marvalene Richardson and Lucille Vandiver; his grandchildren, Holli McGuire, Whitney Malone, Carley Malone and Jaxton Oliver; and his brother-in-law Wesley Willis.
