He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Scoggins and Willie Scoggins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Scoggins; his children, Debbie Wallace (Sammy) of Tuscumbia, Greg Scoggins (Cynthia) of Muscle Shoals and Darren Scoggins (Stacy) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Felicia Rutledge, Angie Tidwell, Jamie Wallace, Ashton Bond, Chance Scoggins, Cristen Scoggins and DJ Scoggins; and his stepgrandchildren, Sophie Borden and Jarrett Borden. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and 2 step great grandchildren.
