He is survived by: his wife Helen Christine Sparks; his sons, George Ronald Sparks (late Brenda), Rickey Lee Sparks (Debra) and Steven Roy Sparks (Rita); his sisters, Bobbie Jean Hillbrand, Jimmie Lou Fredrick and June Boscoe; his grandchildren, Gregory Sparks, Nicole Allen, Ginger LeAnn England, Whitney Rachel Sparks and Steven William Sparks; his stepgranddaughter Amanda Baker; and his great grandchildren, Shea Sparks, Savannah Allen, Anna Grace England and Phillip Cole England. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
