She was predeceased by: her son Kenneth Warhurst (Melinda); and her parents, Jimmy McCullough and Rutha McCullough. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Warhurst (Cala), Mike Warhurst (Cheryl), Sandra Bowers and Brandy Tidwell (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Mason, Natalie Tidwell, Steven Warhurst, Tommy, Daniel Warhurst, April White, Conner Warhurst and Stormy Todd. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
