He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Mitchell, Sr. and Lila Hunt Paper; and his sister Joyce Ann Hargett. He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Jo Mitchell; his siblings, Mary Lou McGregor, Judy Clemons, Ricky, Warren and Gary Mitchell; and his stepchildren, Danny Ridgeway, Tony Ridgeway and Amy Barnes. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
