He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sr and Ola Mae Osborn, Sr.; and his siblings, Talmadge, Roy, Robert Osborn, Linda Lambert and Frances Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Dorthy Osborn of Tuscumbia, AL; his daughters, Katherine Osborn Minor (Doug) of Tuscumbia, AL and Wanda Osborn McNair (Jeff) of Rienzi; his sisters, Kellie Hill and Racine Powers; and his grandchildren, Darrell McNair, Clint McNair, LaTosha Williamson and Christopher Williamson.
