He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert McCalpin and Jewel McCalpin; his siblings, Carolyn Cox and Aaron McCalpin; and his daughter Sheila Wimberly.
He is survived by: his wife Jane McCalpin; his son Bobby McCalpin Jr. (Tanya); and his grandchildren, Kayla Stokes, Logan Stokes, Amy Newsom, Matt Wimberly and Jacob McCalpin of Charity McCalpin, S. J. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
