With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Zachary Yates of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Zachary left this world on January 23, 2025 at the age of 30, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anna F. Brown, Peggy, Tyler Yates and Ronnie Vanover. He is survived by: his parents, Debra (Jeff Ball) and Joey (Jill Yates); his siblings, Katie Yates, Isabel Steele and John McCall; his grandparents, Narvel Brown, Clark, Jeane Hutton, Wayne Ball, Eddie, Marianne Skeens and Diane Vanover (Nana); and his partner Charlie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Chapel North (4905 AL-69, Northport, AL 35473). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
