He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Robbins and Lillian Robbins (Price). He is survived by: his wife Connie Robbins (Harris); his children, Kristen Culhane (Tom) and Jason Robbins (Kinsey); his grandsons, Nate and Ian; and his sister Anita Smith (Allen) of Kingsport, TN..
