He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Pate and Carol Pate; his wife Linda Pate; and his sister Karla Pate. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Pate (Kelly), Jay Pate (Manda) and Stephen Pate (Sara); his brother Jay Pate (Pat); his grandchildren, Kathleen Davis, Caroline Davis, Presley Davis, Dylan Pate, Greyson Pate, Pearson Pate, Makenzi Shiflett, Aliyah Crews and Natalie Green; and his great grandchildren, Ava Leigh Pate, James Pate, Wrenley Pate and Watkins Pate. He is also survived by friends of his boys to his personal friends and coworkers.
