With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shawnee Robertson Franklin of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shawnee Robertson left this world on April 17, 2025 at the age of 53, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She is survived by: her husband James Timothy "Tim" Franklin; her children, Timberlee "Saige" Franklin and James "Cayson" Franklin; her brother Dennis "Robby" Robertson Jr. (Candace); her mother Charlotte Utley Robertson; and also, Claude Utley, Hazel Utley, James "Jim" Robertson, Evelyn Pape, Dennis R. Robertson, Chelsi Rae Roberts, Edward Franklin, Lockie Mae Franklin and Ricky Utley.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Park (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404).
