He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Higginbotham; his granddaughter Kameryn Aleese Gore; and his parents, Jim Lowery and Faye Lowery. He is survived by: his children, Angela H. Albright (Brian), Ronnie N. Higginbotham (Tina), Angie Jones and Scottie Jones (Wells); his sister Jackie Wells; his grandchildren, Alyssa Gore, Sydney Higginbotham, Tessa Higginbotham, Regan Huey (Tyler), Dawson Albright (Leah), Caleb Jones (Martha) and Megan Granger (Gabriel); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Blakely Huey, Wesley Albright, Wilder, Stratton Granger and Luke Jones; his great great grandchildren, Miller Park and Collins Jones; and his pet Reece (Sybil Tyner).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home- Tuscaloosa (6100 Old Greensboro Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Memory Hills Gardens Cemetery (2200 Skyland E Blvd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405).
