He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Smelley Kirby; his sons, Jeff Kirby (Mindy) of Madison, AL and Todd Kirby (Jamie) of Tuscaloosa, AL; his sister Renee Kirby Taylor (Bob); and his grandchildren, Ryan Kirby (Savannah), Alex Kirby, Lynndie Kirby, Zoe Kirby and Jacob Kirby.
