She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Vines and Grace Quinn Vines; and her siblings, James Vines (Jimmy) and Betty Vines Walters. She is survived by: her siblings, Judson Vines, Celia Garner, Edna Vines and Margaret Vines; and her children, Wade Farris (Kim), Steve Farris (Robyn) and Ellen Cleghorn (Bill).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, Hospice of West Alabama Mountain Vista Health Park, Denton NC, or The American Cancer Society.
