He is survived by: his wife Shirley Peeples; his daughter Elana Peeples; and his sister Carolyn Davis. He is also survived by many family members including many nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home- Tuscaloosa (6100 Old Greensboro Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
