He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Hibbard and Claudia Hibbard. He is survived by: his wife Helene Warner Hibbard; and his children, Helene Loper (Susie Lowe), Norman William "Bill" Hibbard, Jr. (Teri), Claudia Pearson (Richard), Laura Jane Swezey, Elizabeth "Liz" Obradovich (Mark), Joan Prescott (Richard), Warner Hibbard (Susanne) and Westervelt "Wes" Hibbard (Susan).
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Presbyterian Church (113 Hargrove Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401). A reception was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
