He is survived by: his wife Linda Pickett Lyerly; his sons, Courtney Neil Lyerly III (Catherine Conway) of Blue Ash, OH and Daniel Edward Lyerly (Brandy Moore) of Tuscaloosa, AL; and his grandchildren, Caden, Everett, Elliott, Benjamin, Luke and Jack.
