She was predeceased by: her son Chuck Perkins; her parents, Bealy Pratt Booth and Gladys Booth Thompson; and her siblings, Carol Parker, Mary Jo Channel, Travis Booth and Billy Booth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dedra Cabaniss (Al) and Teresa Gray (Richard). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and numerous loved nieces and nephews.
