"Buddy", Guinn, Waylon, Ellis Phillips, Nellie Phillips, Ella Mae Smalley, Dottie Connell and Nazzie Lee Rogers; her son L. Donnie; and her daughters-in-law, Anne Smith and Brenda Smith.
She is survived by: her brother J. M. Phillips (Eloise); her sons, Jimmy Smith and Jerry Smith (Jan); her grandchildren, Amy Minchin (Jonathan), Holly Smith, Jillian Barnette (Kevin), Lesha Stephens (Scott), Jay Smith and Blake Smith; and her husband F. Goodrich. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
