He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morris and Annie Rea Bullock; and his stepson Kevin Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Mary Crawford Bullock; his sisters, Julia Nelson, Geraldine Bullock, Lois Jowers and Dorothy Crawford; his stepchildren, Dr. Elwin Crawford and Heath Crawford; and his mother-in-law Clara Maw Boozer.
