She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Jacobs and Otto Jacobs; her parents-in-law, Hawkins and Loyal Clements; her former husband James Howard Clements; her siblings, Otis, Tom Jacobs, Mary Wiley, Opel Faye Adams, Grace Redding and Peggy Oswalt; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Ott Hildebrandt.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Talley (Lynne) and Jamey Clements (Karen); her siblings, Roger Jacobs (Francis), Elmer Jacobs (Sophie), Kenneth Jacobs (Donna), Lois Comer (David), Carol Huggins (David) and Debbie Montgomery (Randy); her sister-in-law Vivian Simpson (Mike); her grandchildren, Jaclyn Sanders (Brandon), Jacob Clements and Lindsey Clements; and her stepgrandchildren, Leigh Vickers (Hunter) and Brett Vandiver. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
