He is survived by: his wife Kathy Warmack Godfrey; his daughters, Ariane Godfrey Tillery (Forrest) and Kacie Caylor; his grandson Tharon Blaise Caylor; his sister Tevis Lathem (Ray); his niece Kim Lathem; his nephew Joseph Lathem; his mother-in-law Dottie Warmack; and his pets, Lexie, Loni, Lucy, Maggie Mae, Coco and Bogie.
