It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily C Rabren of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Clifton Cooner and Lucille Grace Cooner; her sister Evelyn; and her husband Judge Wilton "Bill" Rabren. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Rabren (Beth) of Fairhope, AL and Rebecca Blackman (Dan) of Hoover, AL; her grandchildren, Anna Grace Green (Jacob) and Evan Blackman (Amanda) of Dallas, TX; and her nephew Gregory "Gregg" Steven Rushton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to The Children's Fund, at First Baptist Church of Columbiana would be appropriate to continue the mission of sharing the love of Christ with children in the church.
