Dorothy Presley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Presley of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Chastine and Fannie Chastine; and her siblings, Lorene Harris, Mary Jane Seale, Victoria Payne, Henry Chastine Jr. and Joe Chastine.
She is survived by: her husband James Howard Presley Jr. "Jim"; her sons, Scott Presley (Laurie) and Todd Presley (Michele); her brother Allen Chastine (Dee); her grandsons, Brandon Presley (Leah), Davis Presley (Ashley), Jake Presley (Jesse Jordan) and Jackson Presley; and her great grandchild Henry Presley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Circlewood Baptist Church (2201 Loop Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Caring Days in Dot-Dot's memory.
