He is survived by: his wife Debra Wise; his children, Kasey Wise and Justin Wise (Summer); his grandchildren, Ashton Wise, Bailey Wise of David Wise, IV. and Annslei Wise; his mother Margaret Wise; and his siblings, Daryl Wise (Theresa), Sally Cook, Judy Cook, Grace Harris, Darlene Wise, Doris Wise Smith, Dolly Strickland (Phillip), Dulcie Hoggle (Kenny) and Diana Harris.
