He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hogue; his children, LaRhonda Lollar (Steven) of Northport, AL, Jeremy Daniels (Jenny), Shay Cook, Dennis Cook and Brandon Cook (Veronica); his brother Joe Blackmore of Kansas City, KS; and his mother Shannon Blackmore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
