With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Stephens Nicholson of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Benard Price Stephens; her husband Wayne Nicholson, Sr.; and her siblings, Grace S. Tucker and Blackwell Stephens. She is survived by: her son Wayne Nicholson, Jr. (Erica); her brother William "Bill" Stephens; and her grandchildren, Price Nicholson and Pate Nicholson.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Bigbee Humane Society or Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter.
