He is survived by: his wife Joanne Bush; his son Michael Joe Bush; his daughter-in-law Karin Bush; his grandchildren, Michelle Bush Hills (Dylan Hills), Jonathan Bush, Gabrielle Bush and Joshua Bush; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Harper and Gracelyn Hills; his sisters, Jeanie Crowder and Peggy Smith; his siblings-in-law, JoAnn, Eleanor, Rita Bush and Danny Ray Smith; his siblings, John, Jimmy, Bobby, Handley (Frances), Robbie, Stanley Bush (Sandy) and Dianne Theusen (Chris); his brother-in-law Gene Crowder; and his nephews, Steven Smith and Jim Bob Hutchinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
