She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nelson and Mattie Sue Nelson; her husband Albert Latham, Jr.; and her brother Jim "Bubby" Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Tyner (Mark), Melissa Naramore (Brent) and Jeremy Latham (Heidi); and her grandchildren, Haley, Paxton, Cayden Tyner, Morgan Hitt (Zeke), Mary Ellis, Jules Latham, Collins and Kelley Naramore.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Park (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404).
