He is survived by: his wife Kay Phurrough Blakeney; his sons, Billy David Blakeney and Barry Lynn Blakeney; his grandsons, William (Kristin), George (Blakely) and Jon Blakeney; his mother-in-law Oma C. Phurrough; and his siblings-in-law, Nelda Phurrough and Charles Phurrough. He is also survived by three great-grandsons.
