She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Estill Borden and Mack Borden Jr.; her mother-in-law Audrey Binney; her brother Tim Borden; and her son-in-law Edward Skinner.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Binney of Trussville; her siblings, Joe Borden of Jasper and Cindy Borden Gilmore of Sumiton; her children, Jennifer Banks Searcy (Leo) of Vicksburg, Shelley Banks-Robinson (Craig) of Sacramento, California, Keith Binney of Birmingham, Dr. Matthew Binney of Spokane, Washinton and Melissa Tesney of Trussville; her grandchildren, Marisa Nevels (Deszmond), Emily Woodard (Keaundre) of Jasper, Elliot Searcy (Jax) of Vicksburg, Madelyn Tesney and Savannah Tesney of Trussville; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Charli, Kalani and Har'Moni.
There will be no service, and the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society for Ovarian Cancer Research or to your local schools or teachers for the arts.
