He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Sybil Taggart, Tom and Marlys O'Fallon. He is survived by: his parents, Tom O'Fallon and Pat O'Fallon; and his siblings, Theresa Marie O'Fallon and Timothy William O'Fallon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prague Catholic Church (8090 Gadsden Hwy, Trussville, AL 35173). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
