He was predeceased by: his parents, Delton E. and Elton B. Payne. He is survived by: his wife Sue W. Payne; his sons, Donnie Payne (Mallory) and Derek Payne (Alaina); his grandchildren, Bowlin Payne and Giuliana Payne; and his brothers, Jerry Payne (Janice) and Michael Payne (Lynda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
