He is survived by: his wife Anne Steinmetz Rankin; his children, Kristi Rankin Behr (Mike), Jerome "Alex" Rankin and Jonathan Rankin; his brothers, Mike Rankin (Kathleen) and John Rankin; and his grandchildren, Aidan Behr, Owen Behr, Easton Behr and Maisie Rankin.
