It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewitt McWhorter of Trussville, Alabama, born in Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Russell Dewitt McWhorter. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann McWhorter; his daughter Mitzi Goss (Jeff); his grandchildren, Christie Williams (Brian) and Jason Goss (Christian); his great grandchildren, Kinley Williams Amick (Brad), Preston Williams, Carter Williams, Tyler Williams and Evelyn Goss; and his great great grandchild Nevaeh Amick.
